Nutrient question about MG AeroGarden water change.

So I will be changing my water out again in 3 days. This will be the 2nd water change. Plants are 14 days old today. I had to add nutrients to my water 4 days ago. I tried to go the first 14 days with no nutrients, but my sprouts were yellowing in tips and very pale green, super slow growth. After adding nutrients they perked up and growing nicely. So I had read that your not suppose to add nutrients but every other watering. So would I not add anything in this water change at all? For a week or two weeks?

I use fox farm trio

where did you read this? i use nutes from day 1 in my aero setup. my EC is about 0.1

^ This. I start seedlings with a full load of nutrients right from the start. Never had any problems over fertilizing. The plants can only take up what they will use.
