nutrient question

So, ive read a lot about growing but I guess I just missed one key thing (well that I know of so far)

if im using the 3 part flora series in a DWC bubbleponic bucket how should I distribute the nutrients?

I have a general idea of where to keep the PPM but I got nutes from a friend so I dont have instructions.... do I give them the flora micro/flora gro there whole life and just add bloom for flowering or what.

thanks for your help

I am no expert, but have had guidance from one. So please take my response as working for me currently in my first grow. Might not be the best for you.

Basically I have been using the formula on the back of the bottle depending what stage you are in. Do you not have the bottles? I do cut the dosages by 25% since I am not using MH or HPS, just cfl's and T-5 for lighting.

For most of vegetation I used a 1-1-1 (gro-micro-bloom) ratio of the three (1 tsp / gal). I upped the gro a little during aggressive growth period. For transition it was closer to 2-2-2. Now in bloom it recommends 1-2-3, but I am following advice of the guys here to add a little more nitrogen during bloom and making it closer to 2-2-3. But, like I said make sure if you are using only cfl's to lower the dosages by 25%.

Purpdaddy had a great post in the huge 2000 page forum maybe about 40-50 pages back, but I can't seem to find it. It outlined feeding using the GH line very well.

You really have to watch your ppm levels and the reaction from your plants to the nutes and go from there. I was more worried about the chemistry of it in the beginning and was adding too much and then too little, but ended up gauging the reaction to the nutes on the strain of my plants to find a good level. It took 4 weeks for me to get it to what I feel is an ideal level for my plants. But, I still used the formula on the back as a general guideline.

To distribute, I would generally take a gallon of water. Balance the pH. Add the micro, mix. Add the gro, mix. Add the bloom, mix. Check the pH again and adjust to the correct level. Then I add that mixture to my reservoir.

That's a great chart and I couldn't find that one. I found another one, but I like that format best.
Happen to have a link you can post.
Much appreciated....Thx HGH
