keep the light about 1 inch away from the top of the plant. you are using florocents, so even if it acidently hits the light because u didnt check on it, it wont hurt it, they dont get that hot.

get a thermoter and check the temps, light on should not go over 85ish, and light off it should not go under 70ish. put a small fan in there gently blowing the seedling to try to make the stem stronger.

also, if you are going to use those lights, just buy some cool white bulbs, they are cheep, and put out more lumens than most other colors.

get rid of the foil, it will create hot spots and burn your plant very soon.

i feel for you man, you started out bad, and now your learning. really tho, read the FAQ...it helps a lot.

also, the light should be on 24 hours per day until it get much bigger, then shift to 12/12. when it is darkness, DO NOT let it get ANY light. it can confuse the plant and cause stress and postpone it from flowering.

now remember, dont under water it, and dont over water it. i saw that u are going all natural. u still need some type of fert. go to a local nursury and pick up some bat guano, or worm castings, and when u transplant into a bigger pot, mix it into the new soil that you will use. not too much not too little, read up on it.

good luck with your grow, i dont post much, but im a big roamer, so i might see u on here again.
