Old driver powering a 3590

I had a old advanced led diamond series 11-band led in the scrap pile, thought i rip out the drivers(well-lit driver couldnt find any info on these..) and test them, they kick out 75 volts.. long story short made a single 3590 3500k 80cri passive light for my veg room.
I have one more heatsink will probably make one more till i save enough money for a meanwell driver.
