Is there or can there be a benifit to useing a small water pump to feed? Pushing the output tube below the top 1-2inches and target particular spots in the pot?

Thanx bro.. Ive been very lucky when it comes to bug issues this time. Was thinking that keeping the top inch dry could prevent fungus nats.

the worst these fungus gnats do is carry mold spores around on their shoes

which can be deadly, also the worms can eat the roots especially on seedlings

if you have them, avoid over watering and lay a few potato slices on the tops soil

the slices attract the worms, which you scoop out after 1-2 days

(hi end Russian tech .....lol)

good luck

in 10 years the very best and last item I need to stop those gnats forever is a weekly watering using one drop of MicrobeLift per gallon of water in my soil. kills thrips too, but not whiteflies , which are likely eaten by one of the others.

Yea i mixed my soil about a week before and covered with a screen.. And i added powder red pepper.. Just a little.. I included mcdonalds milkshake cups.. Empty. Added cider vinegar and sugar with soap. After checking and checking.. No more than 1 or 2.. So i hung up a few pics of some xgf's and they left. Post haste. LOL

Thanks. I dig the out of the box thinking.. I thought about building a wall to keep them out.. Then ask them to pay for it... LOL

I think its about management because a few are bound to get by us time to time. I spend enuff time looking at the plants anyway. Ive grown 3X b4 this so im a noob. What i lack in experience i make up for with enthusiasm and a relentless thirst for knowledge..
