Opinions on bulk soil needed.

Hi, I need a few cubic yards of grow medium and I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on how the below would do and if you'd add anything to it. I can get it locally, delivery shouldn't be that bad and would be much cheaper than buying a pallet of foxfarm ocean forest or even kelloggs soils.

I could even mix the below two so that there is more compost but I'm guessing I'd then have to add some type of aeration amendment. Actually, maybe I'd have to do that either way. I'm new to this so I'm not sure.

Thanks.

Nursery Mix (JPO Top Soil / Potting Soil)
Cubic Yard $50
Bag $3
Contains wonder grow compost, rice hulls, redwood sawdust, sandy loam, and gypsum. Suitable for direct-planting in any garden application.
Great for direct seeding, lawn care, soil repair, nursery stock, houseplants, flowers, and raised garden beds up to 12” for tree, 18” for containers. Well-drained indoor or outdoor containers

It contains some of the below

WonderGrow Organic Compost (Black Nitro)

  1. just a follow up. The soil is 7.1 ph and delivery is 85 bucks. Being a beginner I don't know if the ph would pose a problem for a outdoor grow or not.
