Opinions on flushing

I always understood that flushing helps remove vitamin b1 which is your snap, crackle, and pop, when ignited... From the dark Lord himself Vader. Ocean grown seeds captain...

I have never heard this myth before.
Wet chlorophyll crackles and pops. Dry and cure the bud fully. No more crackling.
The usual myth is phosphorous.
