Optimal ammount of light in CFLs during veg

Hello guys! I have heard that more light is better but i have unlimited access to Philips TLD 58W&38W&18W color 765 due my workplace is changing the lighting. So i am wondering how much of theese lamps should i use during veg i just started growing 30 new plants. What is the optimal ammount of light per sq meter or sq feet and is it more effective to use a lot of 18W's or few 58W's?

I'm no expert by any means, but if you are going to be growing 30 plants, I'd quit trying to skimp with free cfl's and start looking into some better lighting options. just my 2 pennies though.

that said, if you have an unlimited amount and you are deadset on them, use em all.

But as veg plants need only blue light during veg is it wise considering electricity effectivness to use HPS, Crees?

So even a lot of 58W's would not be a good idea?
will it work? yes. is it optimal? no. if you have the better lights, I think I would stick with those. less stretching and better growth most likely. I'm sure the experts will chime in soon enough.

For 30 plants u really gonna need a lot of bulbs. Yes u can use them make sure they are 6500k u gonna have to use like 6 per plant. Also make sure is actual watts and not equivalent. GL. Edit. Aim for at least 300 Watts per plant.

Do these lamps come with the holders if not it's gonna cost a fortune.

Isnt 300W's per plant little too much during veg? During flowering perfect but during veg???
