Organic compost recipe

So I am trying an all organic grow, and I was hoping to get some insight from some other peeps. Here's what I got going:

Soil:
1 bag roots organic
1 bag fox farm happy frog
15 lbs. earthworm castings
1 cup Mexican bat guano
1/4. cup steamed bone meal(6-9-0)

I'm using three gallon square pots. I am also making my own aerated compost tea with these ingredients, but I am also adding unsulfered mollasses to it. I am then diluting the tea approximatley 10 to 1 to water with.

I have just moved the plants to the flowering room a couple weeks ago and they look great, do you think this recipe will work through the entire grow

Sure it will, the girls will certainly enjoy the Mexican bat guano through flower due to it's NPK values. I use Mexican bat guano in my organic tea recipe, here's what it looks like:

Peruvian seabird guano
Jamaican bat guano
Worm castings.
Maxicrop liquid seaweed
Liquid Karma from Botanicare
Grandma's blackstrap molasses - unsulfered

Should I add a couple more things to my tea like the seabirds guano and kelp or is what I have going to be good enough? I guess my main concern is the micronutrients.

I like to use a lot of different organic nutrients, the kelp for sure. Others here use a few things and their grows are great.

What you have there looks good, whether or not it works good is the pudding though... If micronutes are of concern to you, find you a nice organic nute type that provides you some micros and add that to your tea, ... examples, and correct me if I'm wrong would include, Fox Farms Big Bloom, Botanicares Liquid Karma, and different kelps and fish emulsions contain micros your babies might enjoy.
