Organic nutrients

Look for the bagged "all-purpose" products from Espoma. A 50/50 mix of Espoma Plant Tone (5-3-3) and Garden Tone (3-4-4) added and composted into your soilless mix along with some extra compost or worm castings would probably work quite nicely.

Put the dry nutrients in your soil. Moisten and mix your soil. Wait at least a few weeks, preferably longer. Put plants in soil. Water plants with water, or occasionally fish hydrolysate, kelp, or compost tea. Methods like this have worked better for me than fancy bottled "organic" nutrients.
