Law firm got back to me today and has recommended I talk with another firm, they do agree there is most likely a case here!!!

"Your case sounds interesting, but is far outside my firm’s wheel house. It sounds like something that may be subject to a class action (or maybe should be)."

I just contacted the firm they recommended!

6. How do you ensure the plants are not compromised with potential bugs or other harmful substances coming into contact with them?

We have a very strict policy regarding footwear and uniforms, with every employee going in and out being required to use a foot bath to remove contaminants from their footwear. We also strictly wear hair nets and long white coats over our clothing at all times to ensure our plants and growing areas remain sterile. All our facilities are under 24/7 video surveillance and extremely secure.

white coats over your bug infested street clothing is by no means sterile.
A foot bath does nothing to eliminate bugs on your street clothes.
I shower before entering my room. Every time.
If I had a multi million dollar grow facility, every employee would shower upon arriving at work and then don their clean gear.
Bugs have to come from somewhere, their standards aren't up to par.

very interesting! they have shot themselves in the ass..not just the foot
saying it's organic and then getting caught using banned CHEMICALS!!
then blaming it on the soil but they claim they use "regulated soil"
they just can't blame someone else because of their claims how safe and clean their product is...now it's all batches tested since Feb...why aren't they testing ALL batches instead of just some??

a real black eye for LP's ...proves they are lying...but HC doesn't seem to care too much!

I wonder how Omelette's stock is doing now...

Blame it on the soil!! The Master growe himself says...

2. What sort of growing techniques or technologies have you adopted over the years?

Over the years, I have grown in many environments utilizing many hydroponic techniques including NFT, Aeroponic and Deep Water Culture, but I have always returned to growing in soil as I love the terpene profiles that soil provides. Adopting a True Living Organics (TLO) approach has allowed me to fine tune our soil to be extremely strain specific, thus ensuring the highest quality product possible for our patients.

A 100% POINTLESS endeavor that will fail guaranteed!

24/7 surveillance? for what? a perishable, non expensive plant?

a clean environment OF COURSE and KEPT UP TOO!

but they don't do it that way....because they do not know how to grow with good practices!

and they are finding out now at the expense of the sick.

OH BOY LETS JUST PLAY WITH THESE DYING PEOPLE and try and get it right for the healthy ones WHO CAN AFFORD IT...

lol

While this doesn't condone the LP actions at all, I would content the vast majority of you people have consumed cannabis contaminated by some of these chemicals in your lifetime. While it shows the dishonesty of some of these LPs, it also shows that to some extent the regulation is working. How many lots of illegal cannabis have been recalled for these pesticides? How many even know they are there!?

I know from talking with lots of people on the black market there are tons of banned pesticides sold in spray bottles labelled
"PM Killer" or "Mite Killer". When you're an underground grower and you are faced with losing your $100k crop or spraying some unknown substances on it how many growers choose to toss their crop do you think?

Why don't you guys go buy 10 samples of dispensary weed and send it for pesticide testing, you will be surprised....

Christ here we go again. NONE. Thats how much. Next false argument in favor of LPs. Seems funny how one LP cheerleader and dispensary hater gets banned and not a week later another shows up. Go figure..... Wont take long for people to throw ya on ignore, but go on.........

Other than issuing recalls what are the repercussions for LP's breaking a fundamental regulations? What is HC response, other than what would appear to be trying to underplay or obfuscate the issue. What kind of behind the scenes shenanigans are going down? How many inspections did these facilities have during the whole year of cide abuse, HC competence is paramount and clearly compromised. Their response is less than weak and speaks volumes of there gum like bite(NO TEETH).

I would highly suggest any patient of these LP's file a "adverse effect report" with Health Canada citing long term unknown consequences of inhaling the unapproved compounds, cite inhaled cyanide issues, especially unknown consequences or interactions with your medical issues.

Ummm maybe you missed this key point

MEDICAL GRADE HERB DOES NOT NEED POISON ON IT TO GROW!
How bout learn that MED PEOPLE DO FOR THEMSELVES l...who said anything about Dispensaries ??
I sure didnt (:

ya ,,,,and we suck dirt in every day ,,,,and listen to shit about why people should buy poison from large shwag producers who dont know how to grow and use poison to try and help that issue.
