Original MMAR?

I have been MIA for the past little bit, and a lot has been going on. To my understanding there is a new program that took over the MMPR? The turmel goldstars case was declined yes?

Are people who were originally covered under the MMAR injunction still grandfathered? And will they remain grandfathered as long as they do not change to a different/ the new program?

As long as you're still at the same address, you're still covered. Otherwise you'll need to register under the ACMPR if you're looking to be legal.

OH, no WAY! I was under the understanding that I was covered, even when I did move before the ACMPR was released.

So that means my pink sheets are worthless? In other words if I was caught, they can not help me legally whatsoever? The biggest issue would be if I wanted to grow in the future, the ACMPR does not allow that, and since my pink sheet address has changed numerous times, I'm out of the game unless legalized? =O ...because that it utterly dissapointing =*. I may need to pay my doctor a visit again then. (The only reason I did not earlier, is because I wanted to keep my MMAR status =(. ..)

Now if I was to register under the ACMPR, does that mean I have to re-register yearly, and UNDER a Licensed Provider?! And Do I have to pay to register under ACMPR?

Acmpr has ppl and dgpl similar to the mmar. It was the mmPr that didn't have grower rights.

It's been a confusing couple of years!

If you've moved after the Injunction, your pinks are not valid. You are still 100% protected by the injunction (for your MMAR plant count/limits), but you will need to register with the ACMPR for the address change. I believe this does require updated Dr's script, but not totally sure?

Sorry to hear about your situation JM
The prescriptions should be tied to the person and not an address...
and the assumption should be ....you will be growing..... wherever you happen to live.
and you can take that to court!! and win hands down...its only the ones who have nothing to stand on that are worried.

Ahh I see. So in theory, if I was not growing, and just smoking on my own property, would my pink MMAR sheet be "okay" to show an officer (even if the address does not match my current address?). And by "okay" I mean, he would accept it as a legit and leave me alone.

And thanks for clearing that up, glad to see they are working a more constitutional (Whatever that means in politics lol) system for us.
So does the ACMPR still require yearly renewals?
But it is basically the same as the original MMAR in the sense that there are two parts; A) To Possess "x" Amount of Grams per day, and B) To Grow "x" amount of Plants?

Your personal possession pink is always valid, it's just the growing part that is invalided by the move. The actual ACMPR does require yearly renewal, but since you're just changing an MMAR addy...I'm not sure if you would have to renew every year? Same as the new doc script? If just changing an MMAR addy, I don't see why you would need a new script? The whole system is a clusterfuk. I'd give Hellth Canaduh a call and see what BS they tell you and go from there.

  1. Those of you who are covered by the Allard decision, and in particular the injunction Order of March 21, 2014 of Justice Manson continue to be protected by that Order and the final Order "until this Court orders otherwise" as per Justice Phelan, February 24, 2016 - 2016 FC 237;........ This is from Conroys website..all you need to know

I'm in the same situation,I'm covered by the injunction but I've moved twice in the last 2 years for work and I never changed my address with HC. I posted a copy of my pinks on the wall and called it good. My theory is everyone has the freedom to move and I shouldn't be penalized for doing so. I'm pretty low key and I'm usually well under my plant count, so I don't worry about it. Don't take this as legal advice, but it's worked for me so far, and I'm pretty sure I can talk my way out of any problems. It's a chance I'm willing to take versus giving up my pinks.

You seem scared, if so go to church..

When was the last time a police officer came upto you on your property, or do the neighbors even have time to call the police because of a wift of weed smell.

Even if you had a small grow are they using some seek and destroy radar to find hmm,1 of #30,000,000 million people in this country..

breath alittle wow.
