Outdoor Soils and smart pots

I want to make a batch of Super Soil, but dont have time to let it bake. I'm thinking because of Cost, I make a Slightly diluted batch, then water in supplements. But I'm thinking I can transplant them in to holes but there still needs to be a barrier between seedlings and super soil mix. Promix. To get established and give Soil time to cook in sun before roots make contact. Should I just use less worm castings and guano?
My ground is mossy and dangerous. It's shoreline by a Lake. If not careful you drop up to your knee or hip into water. How do I get that water to come up into soil of Smart Pots?
Do I set Pots on Moss? Or layer with mulch, sand, loam, gravel, pallet?
Ty in advance
