I believe Northern Lights will finish fine there. I would just use the clones that you have, and try them outdoors.

I would add, when putting plants outdoors, I've found it's best to let the plant grow up outdoors. IOW put her out when she's small, like 5-6 inches, and let the stems harden in the sun and wind. She'll be a stronger growing and better yielding plant because of it.

So for you, that would mean take some cuttings in April or May.

Wheel Chair, Dr. Pepper, Wind, ATF. Just be viligent in spraying for bugs. They also love the oregon weather.

Got my seeds at my local compassion center (amop). Are you a medical marijuana patient? As for the bugs a great product is called don't bug me. Very safe.
