Over watering?

Noticed new growth might have its leaves curling inward. Not sure yet. But im just trying to get asecond opinion. Do these leaves look healthy or does a problem look present? Its really fat growth and like i said i cant tell if its just because the leaf looks chunky or if it has been over watered? Thanks for any help.

looks fine. if you water before the pot is dried out, thats how you know when its over watered, surefire way really, no guess work at all.

Thanks man and i did. I was just trying to saturate so the roots could slurp up some water but i wasnt aware that my leds werent going to evaporate it that fast keeping the h2o away for maybe another 3 days. Beleive it or not but even after 3 days top soil looks likes its barely drying out.

Just a question. But if it was overwatered wouldnt affect the paddle leaves as well?

over watering affects soil fungus webs, ph, oxygen in soil, plants ability to uptake, so yeah, leaves are ultimately affected too.
tip it when wet, recall the feel, the weight, tip to check, only water when its light aye
