i am into my 2nd week of my grow i think my leaves are dropping slightly i think it may be over watering my plants are about 3 inches tall nice and compact how often should i be wattering ? they are in small pots at the moment so have been watering a little everyday as the pot is so small is this too much it alaways seems dry when i come to water ? should i leave maybe 2 dyas between watering ? how will i know if i am underwattering ?

Get a moisture meter mate, this will let u know when your girls need a drink. This is a cheap and very valuable piece of gear for any plant grower. And remember, it's always better to underwater than over water.

Everyday sounds like too much to me for soil. When my babies were young, I gave them a drink like every 3-4 days, just when they needed it. Just respond to your plants, you will get to know them and their needs over time. Good luck!

Also, sounds like your girls could do with a transplant into bigger pots. Repotting would also be a good way to fix any overwatering problems you might currently have.

With over-watering the leaves are turgid but curled under, with under-watering the leaves are lifeless and simply hang down.

You need to learn and understand how to water your plants and what the 'wet/dry' cycle of watering is. You'll always have to water more in small pots, but you still need to understand the wet/dry cycle.

Cannabis comes from places which are relatively dry and therefore it doesn't like it's roots to sit for long periods of time in wet or soggy soil.
