have you grown any other lance strain from World of Seeds ?
Killamanjaro at 46 days :eyesmoke: about my 3rd ime running it & it's defiantly a nice strain.

i can handle the airy if the high is there......

here is the airy Pr..it shoulda gone weeks more..but View attachment 3962580
Yeah I can see it could have went longer. Shit man when your grow enough sativas you get used to that type of bud. Like you said long as the high is there it's all good personally I don't grow for yield. Only thing I hate about airy bud is that it dries to fast after chop, too easy to for those great terps to turn to hay.

My buddy says he smoked this phenotype.. Ages ago..

Really I think that picture is shopped, like the Zihuatanjeo Purple pic. I have run ACE PR and it is a quality sativa so give it a shot. I never had PR from the seventies but did have Colombian Red back in '78 which might be the same thing. I recently ran Swami Seeds Guerrero x Panama Red and the smoke reminded me a lot of the old Colombian Red. Stony with some euphoria and spacy too.

There is some confusion as to what is really Panama Red. I think it got lumped into Colombian Red which was common back in the seventies but the PR may have been a separate strain before in sixties to early seventies. I never even heard of anyone that had PR in the late seventies other than a guy who did not know shit about pot. He said he was importing tons of it but it could have been Colombian Red as he did not know anything other than financing deals. Yeah, I lost contact with him before his ship arrived ugh.

The ACE stuff really does not look too much like the old pictures of PR. The Swami PR was clearly sativa with airy buds but did not stretch much at all. Neither did the ACE but effects were sativa and buds looked sativa and least the red pheno did.

I have read the PR grown on the Pearl islands off of Panama, was viney in looks. Probably skinny leaves and lanky. This is considered the birthplace of this strain. Supposedly it is still grown there.

Snowhigh has a Panama Red cross. I recently got two of his Mexican crosses, which were not cheap to say the least. He is well regarded in landrace or heirloom strain breeding. I just started flowering the Guerrero x Michoacan so we will see what comes of the $25 per seed strain. The other was twice that, hehe. Crazy huh?

the ace stuff came from on old guy and he used two different Pr's
pretty well all the Pr's come from his beans..mine didn't come from ace but they displayed two distinct pheno's
theyare pretty dang good for indoor grown sativa's
ace may have done some early to early selections to end up with 75 day stuff like Grow'err
just finished oaxacan x sk/haze that make Pr look like big bud..
surprising to grow two long flower sativas and have both be good

btw..great job..gro'err..
good to hear from you yessum..i just love mex genetics..we just need to find the right one
i just repro'd some tomhill mex..and now need to grow out the cut to see if it has what it takes
..i have one lone acapulco gld that fortunately was female..gotta..a grow that out now too..

Cheers OMS, I was impressed with these ACE genetics. The two females that made the cut were quite different yet the stone is similar and both more potent than I thought they'd be. I think the finish times were shorter due to the environment I was running with some COBs and 660nm/730nm initiators. I'd expect these to run another week or two under hps.
