IMO. Not worth it. The fees are insane! But if you’re willing to pay them and deal with the tracking BS. Then good luck to you.

Fees? Tracking? Damn looks like legalization is goin to have us using the library internet again. Surfing on grandma's iPad to avoid suspicion. Since we all know RIU is fair game in the evidence locker.

Fuck legalization! The world of weed has never sucked so bad!

The fee is $200 per patient per year, it really isn't that much (with a limit of only 2 patients, 12 total mature plants at a given time). As for the tracking, it literally takes 5 minutes each month and is well worth it in order to grow the extra plants legally. For $200 I plan on growing 12 plants this summer, just under one medical patient as a designated grower (6 autoflowers that will mature early and 6 reg fems for October harvest). Add 8 rec plants (4 autos and 4 reg) to that and I will grow 20 plants total legally, I would say legalization is doing pretty good actually.

If you’re growing 12 mature plants at one time you shouldn’t need to pay the grower fee ($200) or the tracking fee ($400+) unless you are growing for a patient!
I am growing for myself, my wife growing for herself and one other adult on our property grows the 4 rec plants! 16 mature plants and no grower fee or tracking fee!
The state is basically trying to drive medical growers out of growing with fees and regs. I have been in pretty constant email and phone contact with a dude from ommp. He said if you pay a grower fee and tracking fee you can pretty much expect a visit from an inspector. I’ve heard that before.. so we shall see.

You're only allowed 4 rec plants per household, not per person. Also, if the cardholder(s) live(s) at the grow site then you have a max limit of 12 plants (in city limits). Essentially you can't legally grow rec plants at a site in city limits where two cardholders live and grow their medical.

Right. I’m not in the city limits..but RR 2.5. there are two OMMP card holders at my residence 6 each, and a third ( non OMMP) adult which allows for the 4 additional plants. So 16 mature plants can be on the property!

If the cardholders are living on site you're not allowed the 4 rec plants. It makes no sense but thems the rules.

Not true. Check in to Canna Law blog, I also consulted my attorney who deals with cannabis, also talked directly to two different people st OMMP, As well as my county planning director who has been all over my ass for two years!
Believe me., I’ve checked this out very thoroughly!!
If you have an adult who is not in the OMMP program that person clean legally grow 4 plants.

It may only be sites in city limits.

I’m not sure about city limits. But measure 91 stipulated that an OMMP card holder is still entitled to grow his/her 4 recreational
Plants. My attorney researched this as well.
This is from Canna Law Blog:

  • Clarifies that an OMMP cardholder may jointly possess six medical marijuana plants under OMMP in addition to four marijuana plants allowed under Measure 91.
To clarify that is 4 recreational plants per household. The max number of OMMP cards per property is 2! Any more and you are playing ridiculously high fees and tracking!

That's outdated info. I just downledown this from the Oregon State .gov.

Ok. Yeah. The limits that pertain to me are the second to last box. I’m outside city limits on acreage zoned Rural. I can have the 4 addition plants.
