PC Grow Box

I've been looking into some PC grow boxes available for purchase, as well as some home made ones. I was considering getting one a my go pro, till I found this other case. The Cosmos II by Cooler Master, its demensions are 13.5 x 27.7 x 26.1 in inches. The case Is extremely roomy, has a good ventilation system, and thick walls to keep it quiet.

Before I buy this, I have a few things I'm curious about.
-Can I install locks on this?, like a my go pro has.
-Can I effectivly make it light proof?
-Will I need a power supply, if I have 5-6 CFL's Plus a few fans?

I wouldn't buy it for a grow box. There would be too much work to modify and light proof it. I found a server case and a decent tall generic tower to use in the electronic recycle bin at our community waste center. Why spend the money if you can get something that works just as well for free?
