PC Grow - First Grow - C99 - CFL

Hey guys, I'm new to this whole thing and I've just finished putting together my PC for my very first grow. A buddy of mine gave me a Cinderella 99 seed so I'm going to see how big I can grow it inside my old Dell desktop.

The gear;

1x Desktop PC case ( 16x16x8 ) - plenty small (considering moving it into a custom build after vegging)
2x 23w Daylight CFL (6500k) - I had 4, but broke two of them during the build - These are for vegging.
1x 120mm exhaust fan
1 roll of foil tape
1 sheet of mylar
1 magnetic thermometer

Here it is!

For those that are wondering, the little thing in the top left is my webcam so I can keep an eye on things while I'm away.

Moving forward - I still need to pick up a few more bulbs (a few 2700k for flowering and maybe a couple more 6500k to replace the ones smashed during the build). I'm also planning on doing an LST grow, I've got the cage already but I didn't put it in yet as I need to cut it to height.

That's it for now, let me know what you think! Any thoughts/suggestions would be much appreciated. :bigjoint:

Looks like I wont be growing in this after all. I've had a large cabinet donated to the cause so my PC is becoming my seedling prep area and the cabinet will be my grow box.

Also, I've just ordered 4x42w CFL bulbs in warm white (2700k) for my flowering cabinet, they should hopefully be here before I aim to switch from case to cabinet.

More pictures to come soon as I get this put together!

That was a clean PC case but the space was very limited. Glad you found something else to flower in. :bigjoint:

imo,.. stick the lights to the back wall, it'll get the overall bulb height higher, and you're going to need it growing in such a small place,.. scrog fence would be good too

good luck

Thanks! - I've got the lights so they can mount in two locations (top or side), also, I have it so the light on the front of the case can be raised and lowered based on the plant height :) As for the fence, I have one of those too - just not installed until I determine what I'm using to pot the plants in.
