Someone shared a recipe with pepper sauce for arthritis several years ago. I thought I had taken a screenshot of it, but I can’t find it anymore.
So I wondering if anyone has some good home remedies for arthritis that includes hot sauce?

I'v heard of mixing Cayenne Pepper with Vaseline before. But I've never heard of using hot sauce.
