ph major problems!!!

im using dyno bloom , gravity,cha-ching,top booster,and protech. everything but dyno bloom is additive!! i used ph down and it worked but eventually ph went way back up.soo then used ph down water only and worked but went back up.how do i keep it consistant?? i already flushed really good before flower and just last week, im using soil foxfarms.and also heres some pics. my new leaves coming out of buds are turning yellow.what up with that?? please help with both.. thanks

yellowing of the leaves is normal at that stage of your grow your going to want to flush it of all those nutes soon anyway unless you like shitty tasting pot
