the stretch ended in the end of the third week for the most part. these guys are heavy sativa and they are late bloomers. it was pretty spindley for a while but i woke up today and the buds seem to have started filling out quite a bit last night. it is in a 2 gallon pot since i didn't know what to expect. but i covered the top with hydroton pellets so that the root mass could use 100% of the soil for growth. its doing well. can't wait to compare end pics.

i just got some g-13 labs thai super skunk with some white label double bubble, sadly the double bubble didnt germ at all
(lame, never going through white label again, should have known from the price.) but all the tss germed, cant wait to see them at maturity

Twist the top few outer stems between your finger this will trick the plant into thinking it once you have twisted them and they feel soft bend them over and tie them the main collor can either be tied back or the same can be done with outer brances.this can cause massive yeileds i'm haveing to do it with a sativa plant i have.but if you are gonna twist the top it has to be done before stem hardens.it is a little daunting but i assur you it works and you end up with more than one main collar.look up supercropping it's the same but instead of all the plant been bent over you are just useing the top few plants.

it's been 52 days or so of this thing flowering, the trichs are mostly cloudy to amber, the buds are filling out very nicely, and she is glistening with crystals. gonna cut her down within the next 10 days or so and thought i would update this post with a few pics of this plant and it's 3 cloned offspring.
i cut the top of the main plant once to stop it's vertical growth and that didn't stop it. so i cut 2 more tops off a week later and planted all 3 to see what would happen. they are all flowering ladies of their own now...

pic 1: where the tops were cut
pic 2: the first cut top
pic 3: the other 2 tops (foreground)

I've got nine plants under a 400w and they are doing lovely. THey are over 3 weeks into flowering and SOME of them are about 7-8inchs above the smallest and occasionally get the tops above into darkness. When i move the lighting the middle ones (i put the short ones in middle) are about 14in way.

Am i losing yield from this? if i tie the outer ones accorss they'll cover over the middle ones (which look the nicest ot be fair)

should i chop? or leave nature to take over??

Sorry for jumping in on an old thread but I thought it was fitting here
