Well let me make sure I understand. You had your plant out in the woods. Someone walk up on it while riding their horse. Now your plant isn't there anymore. Its in your yard. If this is the situation, then no, cops can't do shit. The person with the horse can call them and take them to where your plant used to be... and then they'll see that the plant is gone. The witness can tell the cop that he suspects that its you who was caring for the plant... but thats not enough to go on for the cops to get a warrant and search your property. Like I said, just make sure it can't be seen from outside your yard and you're fine.so if they told the cops they cant just come search my house right>?
Well it sounds like you're screwed then. I wouldn't take it back to where it was discovered... and you say that you can't keep it in your yard. You'll either have to relocate it to a new place away from your yard and hope its not discovered in its new location... or just get rid of it.ya it was in a feild that usally no ones goes to and i still live with my parents so cant really have it here.
Yeah true... but what if they plan on coming back and ripping it off when its time to harvest?Maybe the horse and rider were cool.....checked out you plant and then went away. Just a thought.
