I got this in my tent on the colas furthest from the light, generally around the edge and corners. Bud size was not really effected, at least not by a huge amount.

Plants stretch for light (stem/shoot/trunk growth). Flat leaves (parallel) are optimal for receiving light. “Reaching” upward is receiving less light. She appears “cramped” in the middle. Claustrophobia. Gas exchange/transporation issue.
Second look says that all are stressed, heavily. Nitrogen toxicity, heat issues, etc.

Have you checked the actual surface temp of the leaves with an IR temp probe? A lot of times plants will point leaves up if the surface temp is too high or if there is too much light.
Definitely agree with all of the plants being stressed and not just the one in question. You can see the classic N toxicity clawing on the plants in the back right very easily.
This is pretty much spot on, though I disagree with gas exchange being the main issue. I'd say its more likely the leaves are folding up to reduce light exposure and transpiration due to temp/rh/light stress.
