plant not growing bigger during flowering?

I started my flowering stage about 5-6 days ago and its not really growing? I thought it was suppose to grow faster? The plant hasnt gotten much taller and the leaves arent growing that fast...

I vegged for about 4 weeks, due to my tight schedule. The plant is almost a foot tall. Am i doing something wrong? other then a short veg time.

Im using 5 26 watt clf's 2700k

cfl's arent gona give you the same growth rate as a hps will and there not gona penetrate those bottom buds have you done LST on it or anything like that because when it does take off its gona get 3 times the size
