It is August 5th and I liveon the 49th paralell, in BC. My plant is not flowering, and if It doesnt start now, ill have cheezy-ass scrag weed that wont even be worth smoking. Im very frustrated becuase my nebor has about 20 plants, all DIFFERENT strains, and they are all happy and budding, with really fat plump white hairs. My plant however, is quite happy and healthy but it is not budding. It have tonnes of little cylaxes (is that thr right word) with tiny, tiny white hairs. Itis clearly in vegetative, and I fear its going to beone of those stupid I-dont-bud-untill-late-september-plants. I need to get it to bud now, otherwise ill be stuck with bunk. It 2 very small hite hairs (lol im not talking about te little hairs allover the stems, im not that dumb) coming out of each bud spot, and has been like that since goddamn april. Im getting really frustreated, and my plant is sitting behind be, with a garbage bag over it, and the lights off. This plant HAS and i repeat HAS to porduce atleast some viable bud, and I know that our weaher likes to jew us with 2nd week of september frost. The weather will be too crapy past september. I had gotten the plant from my nebour, who gave it to me as a gift. Im sad and confused because his plants are clearly going to produce TONNES, since they are already well on thir way. My plant is a Sativa/Indica mix, with indica being more dominant (the leaves are defintalty not pure indica, but they do have a rundish charcter to them.) I really need this plant to porduce decnet bud, or certian appendages are at risk. Help Plz!!??!??!

bro u need to chillz out.. so u have this plant inside our outside???("with a garbage bag, and the lights off") sso if it were outside i would suggest u just wait and not put a bag over the baby but a box and for the size did u transplant it while it was flowering?? because it is clearly in flowering stage and should get 12/12 of light from beginning to end of flowerin stage. do u give it any nutes? if so u should stop and give it a good flush and wait see what happens in a week. thats what i say. also i had a friend who cept his plant outside during september and the cold turned his plant totally purple with hint of green and it was superb! plants need their time to grow u cant rush em bro give it some lovin :D

Its an outdoor grow, and its clearly in vegetative, because its had those white hairs since april, and absolutley no new bud growth is present. I dont have good weather, and if it doesnt start now im hooped. I had it inside to force flower, but I dont think its working. Im just frustrated cuz my nebour doesnt know WTF he's doing, and hes got nice plant sthat are clearly in bud stage. I however, take very good care of my plant, and every I talk to it and pay attensiton to every de-tail. Not only are my nebour plants in the flowering stage, they have been for about 2, almost 3 weeks! MIne hasnet even shown sighns of starting. Preety sure im scrwed. Its quite a nice happy plant, I stopped giving it 20-20-20 about 2-3 weeks ago, and it has lightend due not as much nitorgen, so I know its been flushed. Everything, and everybody tells me it should be budding, but its not. It's probibly lame genetics. I now have less than a month budding time, and if it doesnt start within the next 2 weeks, it wont have enough time to mature, and there is nowhere I can put it for an indoor grow, so I really need it to somehow grow a full 8 weeks worth of bud in about 3-5 MAX. I dont know, maybe ill just give it away, to someone how can grow it properly. Seriosley, I put sooo much effort into this plant, and it just refuses to leave the vegetastive stage. Im going to bring it inside for a week or so , and let it chill in my room to *hopefully* stress it so itll bud. I have no lights or anything, its just gunna hangout. But im already hooped cuz the weather gets bad preety much when setpember rolls around, and right now, it wont finish unitll *late* october... Im sooo disapointed Not much I can do I guess, lol this post is more of a fuck im pissed off post, rather than a help post.

bring it inside every night so it gets 12 hours of complete darkness. then put it back outside in the morning. in 2 weeks you will have little buds starting. after about a month you should be able to leave it outside all night. unless it is going to freeze. then bring it in when it is freezing overnight. then put it back outside in the warm sun.

If this plant is as healthy as it sounds that would be your best bet.
I can get good bud from clones in 60 ds under flourescent lights.

This would also allow you more plants to work with.

Then you could just let the main plant do what it is going to do.

my 2 cents for what it's worth it may need more phororus and potassium, this helps to make more buds and bigger flowers. i tried this on some tomatoe plants that wouldn't get red tomatoes, just green and sat there forever. then i used tiger bloom by fox farm, BIG difference, and more of everthing. best wishes! oh and there is netting you can get to protect against frost too, perhaps to buy some time??

I dunno guys, Im gunna bring it in at 7:00, throw a box over her untill I wake up. Im just gunna let her do what shes gunna do. No point in trying to fuck with nature... Ill build a greenhouse from my one plant. Yes thats wat ill do
