Plants are beginning to flower despite no cycle change...

Just took them out of my tent and I saw some preflowers forming....what in the!? I literally changed the cycle from 6/18 to 7/17 last night, and decided today that I wanted to wait another week so I can get the cal/mag they are clearly in need of. Only thing I can think of that caused this is the changing of my light last week, from purple LED to 3000k COBs. Am I correct in this assessment or are they just stressed? Best course of action moving forward? Thanks as always.

Pictures would be helpful to see what you really mean but it sounds like they are just showing female pistils? How long have they been vegging for? Its not an auto flower correct? Might need some more info

We need pics. Either they have vegged long enough to show sex or they're autos, pics would tell a story.

I wasn't doing anything crazy...I've just read in multiple threads that switching from 6/18 to 12/12 gradually, adding 1 more hour of darkness each night helps promote flowering faster.

Yes, the pistils are showing. I can get pics later today once the lights are on but its just the standard 2 haired pistils. If thats normal for mature vegging plants then no worries for me. Thanks.

No matter, it shouldn't be flowering...could be light leak or something. Different Kelvin bulb won't make it flower with 17 or 16 or 15 hours dark. Then again not all plants are alike.
