Plants growing slowly

Hi there I first germinated my seeds on the 8th of Feb, I'm using a COB light and the 2 strains I'm growing are white widow and sweet cheese, I have been feeding them full strength Lucas formula using GH, they have been on full strength nutes for about 3 weeks using this calc demo(dot)hajtek(dot)si/bioinformatics/lucas-formula.html my plants are looking really healthy but from what all forums and YouTube vids show they should be much bigger, they have been bent over LST, can someone please tell me where I'm going wrong, I'm growing then in 6" rockwool blocks

Don't worry about what you read about other people's grows.A lot of people aren't always truthful about the age of their plants.

LST and topping is going to slow growth, but usually provide a more productive structure down the road. Looks fine for 3 weeks to me.

Oh, shit...3 weeks at full feed you say. It does look behind for 7 weeks. They look healthy though. How many watts you pushing them with?

Your plants are fine.

Keep your VPD in balance, watch out for pest and diseases and don't overfeed.

Sorry for the late reply, I might be wrong on the watt but not 100% sure, widdow left sweet cheese right, I'm considerig putting them into flower this week, any thoughts

I normally give photoperiod plants 4-5 weeks in veg then Id flip to 12/12. Various seed banks developed there own versions of seeds and they tend to grow very differently! My GYO seed bank c99 look nothing like the female seeds c99! The 1st week of 12/12 will drag and you won't see much growth but all of a sudden they stretch and you will deffo see the difference in size! The plants look healthy so flip them I say

Looks healthy, wondering if you might not have a temp issue going on. You should hold steady around 80f for best growth. Dont let temps drop below 77 or above 85f....

When you go into the grow area does it feel humid to any of your senses?

If I were you'd I'd pinch the tops off and let them go another month. In two weeks trim the bottom growth. Get them really bushy.

Here are two pics of three Betties I have going. Two are Blueberry and one is Black Widow. These are under 100W HPS and soil. They've been flowering since March 1st.

I post these pic because I pinched the tops on the plants about a month before flowering. The plant is turning into shish kabob. Your's can too. Pinch the tops.
