Well, under watering you would know cause your soil is dry as hell. Stick your finger in top 3 inches and you'll know. Over watering would have the same look, but the soil is wet wet wet.

2) Are you PH Balancing your water?
3) What are the canopy temps? It could be heat stress.

whenever its light i water ,not phing water ,and it was allitle close like 10 12 inches away from canopoy
