Plants need urgent care, at a loss.

Dont know what else to do. Organic Soil, Bottled Water, 400w HPS light. Leaves yellow and now they have holes in them. what do i do? i checked underside of the leaves and saw no bugs. Please help me. My babies are dying. As well, two other plants shown here are looking healthy except ones leaves are curling and the other is like half light green all over and has been for a while.

It looks like they are lacking nutrients, or maybe you have a bug problem you don't know about.

I checked the underside of the plants for bugs, no sign, i dont see anything flying around besides one mosquito that i got. the soil is brand new organic soil...should i spray the plants with a garlic crushed red pepper/soap solution just in case?
