Hi All;

I have 4 white widows and 1 jock horror, all females about 3 weeks into flowering... all plants are healthy doing well etc...

the problem is that the 4 ww's have gotten so tall they are touching the glass on my light (heat isnt an issue 400w ventilation and duct work etc) and one plant has actually grow above the light. I cannot raise the light any higher as it is fixed...

Should I bend them or top them?

Thx

ha sorry, I missed that one.. my bad. True though, not good to top a plant during the flowering stage. but still, the side lighting is a good idea, or tying them to grow horizontaly works too.

i topped 2 of them and left one

all have extreme sativa characteristics (nirvana shop).... so i started having to tie them down right at the beginning of flowering period (as they were touching the light).... now i'm 30 days into flowering.... the bud development seems slow compared other grow journals ive seen here with the strain at the same time period....

so the question i pose; does lst (during the early flowering stage) just slow growth? or complete fuck up the plant chemistry?

please advise

thx
