Plants start hitting the light on maximum height

I'm about a week in flowering. This Blue Dream seems to be too fond of the LED light and keeps hitting it. Light is on maximum height! Generally I looked up Topping or Fiming to be a method, but I'm already a week in flowering.

What should I do?

Also, a few more questions.

Would changing light intensity be a problem? (Keeping light schedule) The VEG and BLOOM lights are on together, and causes too much heat. Would it be ok to flower only using VEG?

When I supercrop, I use duct tape over the bend. Works like a charm.

Might be smart to add a screen and weave your plants through, slowly. As well as supercrop

That must be a weak light..... Mine would have FRIED that top.
About 455 watts, LED. Low heat output

look up super cropping, and lst. carefully bend it over and tie it in place. or read up on supercropping and break her where you want. i do it often to keep the canopy relatively even.
I will do that, thank you!

Anyone know if it will be ok to cut the light intensity by half until I supercrop?
