plants stopped budding prematurely

my white widow plants were growing fine and beginning to bud, but then, they seemed to of stopped all bud growing. for the last 3 weeks they all have seemed to remain dormant as all budding has seemed to have stopped.

i imagine that they are not done budding due to the fact that the buds are small and that the plants had just started to bud when this happened.

on some plants the leaves have also started to wilt but i read that was normal during the budding stage.
can anyone help me?

Possibly rootbound? How big is the pot.

get us pics and well be able to point out everything. have they turned orange/red yet? your pistils.

they are definately in big enough pots. i think that maybe the room is not warm enough. it stays around 72-74 degrees. i'll try to get some pics.

Sometimes unintentional light during the dark cycle will stop budding for a week or two.
