Platinum P300 LED distance

So my Patinum P300 should be arriving in the mail any day now. Right now my seedling are under a 200w 6500Kelvin CFL. I´m really not sure how far I should start out with the LED...Can anyone who has experience with the P300s recommend something? The plants are 3weeks old and 8 inches tall.

no, you move it up a few inches everyday because plants grow up not down. You'll see.

I obviously meant if the light should be closer than 18inches from the top of the plants after the they get used to it. No need to be a wiseass.

just keep led about 18 inches above the canopy. Much closer and they start bleaching the leaves. So no, you don't lower, you raise a little each couple of days, sometimes everyday.

So I should flower them 18inches away?? Seems like a lot

keep the leaves 18 inches away. You can let the buds grow closer.
