Look. Bottom line. No State License will keep you safe from all the Cross sworn Deputies trying to Move up the ladder till the Law changes federally. I got friends doing Hard time that had bought Long beach Licenses for 15 g's each. State just passes all your info to the Feds if they wanna get rid of you. Most of the Corporations will get the licenses and re sell em for 10 times what they paid to suckers trying to cash in on the Green Rush. I also see so many loop holes in the Home grow issue that I don't see any growers that have the State Id with a serious illness having to stop if they are within the 12 plant limit. Now if ya wanna be part of a green house Co op with 20 acres of room in Central Nevada once the Cultivation Licenses are available{If ya got the Stones}Pm me. Sharki

Besides I'd prefer to have some farmers who know how to grow their killer strain. You did say "Cultivation Licenses" though, and that's not only legal, it's making my stones hard! You PM me, that seems to work better for you newbies, haha.

Also Dealing with Leukemia, so I am trying to do as much as possible. Meanwhile my Kids were taken from me and I haven't seen em in 6 years cause I was an Evil Outlaw Cannabis provider. Still Funny? I started a little business doing the same three years ago, and to date I've taught over 575 people how to grow their own, and never have to buy from an outlaw drug dealer again. Imagine what good I could accomplish if I actually left the house. But you come on here with your 3 posts telling people to take time out of their day to look up the big shot you think you were? Yep your Right. I really only came here to check out Subs forum. Also looking for fellow patients in Central Nevada who want to help get Meds to the many ill patients in the Area. I really do try to follow state law, but at the same time if a patient needs help I am willing to cross the line. Soon with 374 I will be able to do more and maybe relax a little. Once the Feds pass the Bill to allow the States to govern MMJ without Federal Interference then I can actually move on and do other Activism. Maybe I can save some whales or something. Not saying I think what he did was wrong, but I find it hard to have sympathy, or marvel at the weight of someones stones, when they let themselves be a martyr. You wanna help patients cool, plenty of ways to do that without becoming known as the prince of pot. He wanted to change laws obviously, and should have spent more time in law school, not selling seeds across borders.

Yeah, Marc was a big target but helped this state with donations from his seed sales to help legalize MMJ. I think he had a hand in getting Sunday retail sales in Canada going too. No one should do time for weed.

In reality Marc is doing time for being an effective Activist. Also the act of calling the Head of the DEA{who probably didnt know who he was}a Liar at a Dinner Meeting in B.C. and interupting a LEO fest. Was it wise? I dunno. But I believe his influence will be even more powerful when he is released. From my 30 years as an Activist I have observed that in most cases it takes a Drone flying into the window, the Cops stealing the Kids, or shooting the Pets to get the Cannabis Culture off the Couch and Fight for thier freedom.
Thank goodness for Fighters like Jack Herer,Marc Emery, and Mason Tvert. Without them there would be no Legalization efforts worth squat.

No one behind bars is an effective activist, and getting thrown behind bars makes you about the least effective activist there ever was. The disconnect between balls and brains is never a good one. You either end up in jail or with kids, so you end up in jail either way.

So Diyer what's your solution? Just live with the Tyranny and hope it goes away? Or are you satisfied as long as Everyone else ends up in some FEMA CAMP. I saw Jack die for what he believed in. While I DO NOT WANT OR ADVOCATE VIOLENCE, I do advocate being prepared to fight against those all to willing to Torture and Kill over a Plant, Power, or Religious Beliefs.

Although Most people out here are either Survivalists or Mine workers, both of whom are extremely paranoid about getting on any lists I have managed to help about a dozen very ill patients get the State License. I am glad to meet ya, and very glad you are on top of things. Hitler is no Friend of mine but he IS an excellent example of how an Activist can effect people for Good and or for Bad. Stalin is another example of the Bad side. But he went from Siberia to the Head of State of at first the poorest Nation in the world, and turned that Nation into the most powerful. Personally, I was able to help many people in prison when I was Raided for Cannabis last year, for providing patients Free Meds. in several ways. I got them Lawyers, made newbies comfortable, started exercise periods and had a 1000 videos donated. Then through contacting the right politicians, the Sherriff, D.A. and Several Deputies, are now under investigation, and have all had a permanent reprimand on their records for Mis Treating Prisoners... All peacefully done.. Do you really think you can defend your Home and Family with a Gun anymore? Really? It aint 1886 anymore.
