Lol, not that it's impossible, but highly unlikely. You'd need a plant extremely similar to cannabis to do so, and even then you probably won't get great results. But you won't get like tomatabis or Canananas or anything like that. The closest thing we have is autos because they have ruderalis genes, which some people even debate whether ruderalis is a strain or sub species.
There are two types of cannabis plants; indica, and sativa.
Ruderalis, and hemp, are true sativas. Both narrow leaf, and wide leaf plants, are indica. Everything we smoke is indica.

I always find the name kush ironic, as it is a fucking desert. Hardly anything grows there.
I also think there are very few pure strains left. I often see that seeds from the same plant will show both sativa and indica phenos, or sometimes something in between.

I think the only close plant is hops, you might be able to graft hops on a cannabis plant but it does not become psychoactive..

the only thing i really want to know is this.

if i use pollen from say a tomato plant will i get seeds or will the female plant not produce them because they are different breeds?

next if it does indeed make seed are the genetics compromised?
Shut the fuck up.
