Possibly thrips?

I have little white guys crawling around in my coco. I don't see any of these on any the leaves. When I described them to someone they said thrips, but I've had thrips once and they did not look like this. I was able to get a pretty good picture of it. Can anyone help?

Can't quite tell from the photo but looks like it could be mites. Whatever it may be you should be using some kind of leaf shine/ protective spray against mites, bugs and mold. Make your own using neem and insecticidle soap or get some onyx spider mite pm protectant. It's all natural works great prevents Eveything just about and should be used in all grows.

Let me know if u have any other questions.

I do use the Heavy16 foliar spray. Should I put anything on or in the soil to kill them? And thank you for the quick response.

No, leave the soil alone. If you spray with the onyx or just some neem, they'll either be kills by it and or won't like the smell and leave your crop. If you have a mite problem they usually persist but it will be a good way to fight them off and keep there numbers down.

I agree with what your saying but it isn't needed in every grow I never use a spray for bugs as I never have them :bigjoint::blsmoke: keep everything you bring into your room sterile and you shouldn't have insects to begin with

I suppose it's not needed if you never had bugs, but a good leaf shine or wash of some kind is good and you might as well prevent bugs too at the same time (/

Yea he's right, if u have root aphids a good leaf shine will knock em out. They are not serious!.
