Im not sure how he over looks the FACT that .08 or is it .05 now that is the STANDARD on which you get warned??? but let to go home.

A lot more than those who smoke dope. And yes, it is legal to drive on these meds. You are supposed to use your discretion. Every practical study I've seen on cannabis indicates lower rates of accidents, driving slower or not driving at all if too high. A fucking insurance company did a study in California indicating as much.
