potassium deficiency?

greetings all. I've been researching all morning and wanted a second/third opinion. looks like either a K deficiency or nute burn, but I'm not sure. thanks all!
EDIT: forgot to mention; outdoor, soil, vegetative stage, feminized galactic jack seed.

yeah i checked em all (this site and others) as well as my collection of grow books. I wouldn't ask y'all silly questions that could have been answered with some research. i even browsed hundreds of images of cannabis leaves on google images. I'm pretty sure its nute burn (Primary problem, as seen on leaf tips) and i was thinking potassium deficiency for the light rust color spots, though ill re-research zinc deficiencies. this is my first grow w/feminized seeds but i don't think that would have anything to do with it (could be wrong....) thanks for the lead!

Its is only happening with the galactic jack. super haze, black jack, purple dragon all doing fine. maybe the galactic jack is more sensitive than the rest? I'm going to dilute my nute solution for that one plant for a while and see what happens, though i already use a "light" mixture.

A picture of the whole plant would be more useful than the single leaf shot.
