trash it. Don't trust go or gh. Kelp, neem, rockdust have plenty of potassium. If you feed worms romaine lettuce and / or compost romaine lettuce and oats. Your casting and compost will have every mineral.

just junk them. Maybe a recycling place that does oil. Pour it in your lawn. Plant some sunflowers. They will pull all the chems and heavy metals out of the soil.

I don't know. I do know iceberg has no mineral nutrient value. Romaine and cale have everything. I don't think I've ever had speckled bib.
Yeah that's what I read in some seed catalogues that romaine has the most nutritive value out of all lettuce.

I was going to make banana peel tea, cucumber ash tea, and mix tbls of each with dry molasses about two tbls because its Soy Meal sprayed with Molasses! And supposedly molasses has like npk of 1-0-5... And I was thinking of adding like lemon juice and peel oil or tea? To give it the freshness and perfect the ph instead of being almost. Neutral. What do you think of that for a potash tea!?

Anzo, I don't use sulfate of potash in my grows. Generally speaking, I don't think sulfate of potash is a bad thing, but I keep my ingredients to as few as necessary. I try to eliminate unneeded variables. Without testing it in the system first, I don't risk it. Not to mention it is a bottled product.

As far as disposing of it, try the hydro/grow shops. Around here, most of them will take them back and properly dispose of them. We are growing organic, not a bad thing if sustainability and healing the earth carry over into other decisions of our lives. ;)

Peace!
