There is a natural product call "Actinovate" its used more as a preventative towards fungicides early on in the plants life. By the time your flower is done (harvest) the actinovate will have already begun to get rid of the PM. Next run you should definately try it. Make sure you order it in the winter, just like microbes, excessive heat will kill these "biological things" so, dont order it in the summer. Good luck!

heres a product that works. not sure of where you live but its available online. not used it so late on and theres a toss up between creating more moisture in your air but this is totally organic and has worked for me. I use it early in veg regardless of anything being present.
I would suggest looking up cleaning buds with h2o2 for when you harvest.
Good luck.

Simple peroxide spray with water .. Will " control " it a bit til you can harvest .
You can PULL THE most affected leaves ( carefully ) and toss.
It will not cure it but you should be able to slow it down ...

You WILL have to do a bud wash ( you tube ) to clean them up.
Simple dunk methods will clean them up nicely. It removes foliar residue , hair , dust , bugs and other shit .... Hang dry them after dunk over a towel to catch drips. Then you can dry as normal. I do this occasionally ( pet hair ) . It won't strip triches , but very little loss happens. Dunk and twist method.

The MOST important thing is grow room cleanup AFTER HARVEST.
Active Spores will remain so a through cleaning is a must. I spray 50/50 bleach water in my tents after EVERY harvest .... I spray then walk away ... Later I spray again and wipe down ... I pull the drip pans and even clean my fan grills ( unplugged ) . It works well .
You can use pinesol , fabuloso , even Lysol. I spray a Swiffer duster with Lysol and DUST top of my lights ( Quantums) and ventilate tent.

PM sucks , Black Spot sucks , Mites suck ... So it's better to be safe than sorry .

These are washed buds ... Still frosty ... No worries.
