Good rule of thumb numbers, +1. I veg at as high as 800-1000ppm, though, once they are established.
I used to run it that way I have growing in coco for 20 years now. Going back about 10 years ago a mate drop around and ask what I was run at. He said he runs his at 500 that you don't need to run it at 1000 in veg. So I tried it and it fine you save a lot on nutes. These ones day 18 in veg in coco at 500 give it try you will save a lot of nutes

I use tap water which comes out 40/60ppm and 7 - 7.5 ph
Then I leave it to stand for a day add 20 ml a 20 ml b 20 ml rhizoctonic to a ten litre then ph it down to 5.8 then feed . But I added 5 ml of Calmag to last feed and a day later all the tips have a very slight burned tip but I was worried before I added the Calmag as some leaves was twisted like one to the right and one to the left kind of like a Propella effect and some lower leaves only have 5 fingers instead of 7

Ps how often do you water your coco guys I obviously know to water when it is dry and light but what kind of pattern is good for coco , should I spread that 500ppm into 3 feeds per day or just the 500 each and every day or every other day , at the minuet I have been doing them once a day approx 15ltrs between 10 pots 1 square ft and 2 pots that are like 2 ltr pots (small)

The pots I use are 50 lts and they are been feed once a day. But when they are in flowering I feed mine 3 times a day. These ones are in my flowering room at 6.1 weeks each plant go's thought 10 lts a day. But remember these plants are 2lbs plants. It is very hard to over water in coco DSC01901.JPG DSC01902.JPG

Wow amazing brother ! Yeah I think I need to be feeding each one more as 15 ltrs shared between 12 once a day doesn't sound enough now
My pots are around 12 ltrs I hope I can get 2 oz per plant approx

You may not hit it this time, but it should be easy with a little practice.
I supplement Cal-Mag in coco grows using a little glass eye-dropper, just a one dropper squirt per gallon, a squirt averages about 75ppm for me.

I run tap water (I don't let it sit, a little Chlorine is magic!) but in coco I was getting nasty Cal deficiencies in late flower, so I started using the dropper method and now they stay green and happy through the whole run.

I am going to drop my ppms in veg and see what I prefer, because of @bryangtho's suggestion, even though my main problem with nutes is I don't go through them fast enough.
