ppm question

i use r.o water with a ppm of about 17 i have 5 plants in foxfarm ocean forest was wondering do you think i need nuets during veg or just wait till flower ???

I'd feed it once or twice with high N food, get it that nice deep green, so you can spend more time on the P during flowering. But it can probably go without.
