Doesnt it say on the bottle? lol. I usually start a couple hundred ppm after the first few weeks and just raise the ppm as it grows. Size has alot to do with how much nutes it can handle. Strains are different too. Maybe add a hundred ppm every week till you hit 1000-1200 ppm. I used to blast my plants with a shitload of ppm but now I play it safe. Dont forget to flush every once and a while too.

yeah thats why i asked, the feed charts for fox farms ppm's are too high to start out with.. a starting ppm would be good and i could work my way up... maybe ill start with 400

started off with 1/3 strength for first 2 weeks -
1/2 strength at week 3 and 4 - only vegging so far...

I might bump it up a lil more, but they seem to love 1/2 strength...
I am using DWC (10 gallons) and an aerogarden (1 gallon).

I dont have a PPM meter, but change the reservoirs every 10 days in the 10 gallon, and every 7 days in the 1 gallon.... After a nute change, the PH is perfect... i do not add any nutes until i change the reservoir. The PH starts just under 6 and creeps up to 6.5 at the end of the nute cycle.
