Prep for grow

ok if i have bag seeds and i wanted to grow 10 seeds out sex em and cut about 10 clones and get a good root system goin on them to move em outside when should i start would now be too eary to germinate the seeds?

i dont want the clones to be massive when i put em outdoors

do u know what strain

come on someones gotta know how long its gonna take to veg till i can sex then clone and raise the clones up some

i live in North East US and i want the clones to not be enormous when i gotta move em

i only need to get 6-10 female clones ready im not goin big on my first outdoor
