Prepping garden beds with kelp

I just got a shit ton of powdered kelp! (50 lbs!)
I plan on top dressing my garden beds with it now & allowing it a month+ to breakdown before planting. Each bed is approx 60- 80 gallons of soil.
How much of this powdered kelp should i mix in?? (Keep in mind ive already mixxed in 1cf steer manure, 1cf chicken manure & 3 cups of alfalfa roughly 8 weeks ago to each bed)

Im pretty new to working with kelp in the soil medium.....is this stuff easy to burn with?

I use a lot of kelp meal,not sure on powder stuff I would go 2=3 cups with meal witch is more like flakes pretty hard to over do as long as its cooked.its great for making teas ,
