Pretty sure this one is super over watered…

I made my first super soil and completely forgot to add perlite. These plants are all in that soil but this one seems to be the one that is most upset about things.
my plan is to repot them with actual perlite in the soil and at the bottom.
Am I overlooking anything or is this just like about as bad as it gets with overwatering?

I’d take cuttings and start fresh. The main rootball could be promoting anaerobic microbes that may be very difficult to correct. Also if you missed 1/3 of your main fill that would make your soil that much too hot.

Take cutting from ALL of them? Or just the one that looks like it doesn’t want to be alive anymore?

Is it just me, or can I see perlite in there? Unless it's only in the top layer... What is in the soil anyway?

The one with the crinkled up leaves also kinda looks like russet mite damage...? I'd check for any pests just to be sure before taking clones or doing anything else

The media mix I bought has some perlite. The mix I used was suppose to have 25% perlite, 25%ewc 50% media.
I did 75% media.

Up potting is another option. And try and clear the hot soil off root ball. The other plants do appear to want to lock out or too much light.

That doesn't sound too bad tbh. So like 75% "potting soil" and 25% worm castings? I use that kind of mix for mother plants in plastic pots and it's fine. If they're staying too wet then just let them dry out for a while and they should recover just fine.

Either way, it doesn't look like overwatering to me. At least from my experience, when they're overwatered the leaves tend to curl down from the tips, not up from the edges.

the sativa has what appears to be heatstress, when the leaves "taco" like that it means the plant is trying to prevent water transpiration, typically due to either very dry conditions or being too close to a light
