Nope, but it does seem as though it would make an excellent light in conjunction with LEDs. Plasma lighting typically copies the mean color temperature of the sun;in the late fall it's around 2700k in the morning and evening peaking at 5600k and in the spring and summer its closer to 5600k all day, but the specs say 5600k for a Gavita Plasma light and the Inda-gro EFDL. Who knows how they perform, there has been speculation in the past about chameleon plasma grow lights but typically no one knows how well they truly perform. The light that you are talking about is actually an EFDL if I'm not mistaken, fluorescent lighting excites particles to a plasma state to emit light, so they are technically plasma but they are really just better fluorescents. The best idea would be to try these out. Soon I'm going to be picking up either an EFDL or a Plasma to make a "sun" in my room. Right now my leds are working well but I'm not able to experiment as much as I used to, and hopefully the additional spectrum will improve upon the plasma or EFDL. The idea is that someone has to try it out. Check out articles and videos on the inda-gro EFDL and you will notice that people have already done awesome things with it. It's basically a T5 that has been ramped up in wattage and efficiency (EFDL last much longer than Fluorescent lighting because there is no electrode to corrode over time). Good luck with your search, if you have the money go for it! I will be soon.
Sincerely,
