Phone calls are not the way to handle Attitude, and neither are emails when using they email address provided on the home page. If you go to the contact page on Attitude there is an email form right on the page. Use that! I had a slight mistake on my first order - called, no answer, emailed, no answer, then used the email form on the site, and BAM! I got a response! -- They told me when I order again, they would "take care of it". -- I ordered again, and they took care of it.

Attitude is not in the business of jackin people. As long as your are civil in communicating with them, they will work things out with you.

As for shipping - always get guaranteed shipping, and NEVER use UPS. -- They can't guarantee WHEN it arrives, only that it will. The WHEN is handled by the post office. Lay off Attitude for long shipments, not their fault. ( Unless of course, they send it out late )

Update 7th March 2011:

Further to the recent increased security measures for items carried on passenger airlines to the USA, Royal Mail has continued to work with relevant airlines and deploy a range of contingency measures and routes to get as much mail to the States as quickly as possible.

We are pleased to confirm that the vast majority of items have now reverted back to being flown to the USA, with only a small amount of mail having to be diverted to alternative routes, including sea containers.

As a result, most items, including personal and business letters and packets, should be delivered in the US within a few days of posting. However, delays of about two weeks may continue for heavier packets sent by social (non-contract) customers that are still unable to fly due to security restrictions. We are continuing to explore alternative solutions for these items, to return them to air transit as soon as possible

Royal Mail is very sorry for the recent unavoidable delays; we are continuing to work to minimise disruption to our customers, whilst ensuring we comply fully with the US directives and regulations.

Ha anyone tired germing the xmas bash freebies? I've tried germing 4 of the delta 9 sativa mix with no luck. One seed popped be the tap root didn't even grow and the rest didn't even pop. I've tried one of the cali connection Boss hog with no luck and one G13 gigabud that has just cracked so we'll see if it grows a tap root. So far not impressed with the germ rate of the freebies. I feel like I'm getting ripped off with attitude when none of my freebies have germed so far. Especially when you only get one seed of a certain strain and it doesn't germ.

Mine are fine critical hog is rocking out fine and appears my delta 9 (only popped two) are doing fine as well. Think you maybe got those babies a little too wet?

Just asking because I popped my rare dankness jawa 7 of them and can already see the few that aren't spouting are waterlogged as all can get. My darn dome wasn't sitting even and the bottom tray water hit my plugs absolutely soaking them.

maybe it's older seed stock or something? I can imagine attitude prol has tons of things that aren't bought as rapidly as others.

ill pop the boss hogs here shortly see if I have any luck with those as well

i have been having really good results with submerging them in labeled test tubes then removing them when they crack..

I had one broken delta 9. No worries here dont plan on running those anytime soon. I cracked the boss hog though only took 18 hours to germinated. Be cool if it was a female but if it is a male might want to chuck the pollen if I can gather it.

I know this is old, but for future issues with attitude, DO THIS.

ok, firstly don't say you've germinated them, it's illegal basically everywhere, even in the states it's illegal to import seeds even if you have a mmj card.

anyways they will always state this , and say its illegal to germinate so why are you doing it.

this may Only work for euro folks as we can legally buy seeds. So instead of saying the seeds didn't germ, you say you received them cracked (only really works soon after receiving them).
so you argue the fact that you are a seed collector, and as these are cracked, their is no hope of possibly germing them if cannabis genes legal.
if they argue with you, you say fine, buying seeds is no difference than buying a tv, if the tv was broke, you want a replacement or refund. Say you will contact consumer trading if you are just told to fuck off. Say your not like all the other people breaking the law growing cannabis, so you don't care what attitude threaten you with or tell as you have nothing to hide.

I guarantee you'll get a refund or replacement as I've done it myself, with a 'FREEBIE' that didn't germ, I explained I only purchased seeds as I wanted the freebie.

remeber though 'say they are cracked'

maybe they are training new people or something and thats why things have been shaky...maybe give em the benefit of the doubt and wait.
email em back again after 21 days if u dont get it..especially if u paid for guaranteed. and if there are any tude affiliates lurkin, pass this message on for me:

Ah, but when you're a monster-sized seedbank you can afford to get a little sloppy and loose a few customers. Attitude is concerned with Attitude's agenda, not the customer's. This is true of all Capitalism. If the business owners actually delivers on how their add appears to the customer, they go broke- period! Time for the average duped consumer to figure out the game. Bait-n-switch, hook-n-crook is the nature of capitalism. Whatever the market will bear is actually whatever the heck I can get away with. Fundamentally irresponsible at heart.

not overboard at all. i've been around for a minute and frequent many websites like this and there are many websites like this. they have a terrible reputation outside of riu. this is the thing when someone makes an attempt to deceive you, i'm pretty sure that is called a scam. you stated the reasons yourself. the traffic that riu gets is usually people who are just getting introduced to growing and just want to get some weed seeds. they rarely do the research about these companies. the attitude may have sent some people their seeds but, they have a long list of customers who didn't get their seeds, received crushed seeds and didn't receive replacements, sold fake seeds, the list of goes on and on. that's not the type of company to do business with. all this info is somewhere on this website. there are many seedbanks that this has never happened to (outside of customs taking your gear and if they did your beans would be replaced no charge)



use the search on this site. the number of bad experience threads is ridiculous! i don't order from attitude never will, but, when one of the greatest breeders(dj short) who never posts on the internet comes out of his cave to say something about them. that should let you know something.

this is the thing, from what i understand attitude doesn't get their seeds from the breeders themselves (maybe some breeders they do). they buy their seeds from a distributor(middleman) and that distributor has sold them seeds that "supposedly' were from various breeders but, in actuality they were from imagination land.

-shitty prices
-expensive shipping(which is a way to scam-squeeze extra change out of you)
-who the hell gives 1 or 2 seeds as a freebie?
-history of selling fake seeds
-terrible customer service

feel free to order at your own risk, i could care less. but, fuck that! i'm not rolling the dice with them. there's alot of GREAT seed banks out there and if i wanted a particular strain that i couldn't source, that i wanted in seed form i'd buy direct from the breeder or whoever they suggest. if you have good experiences, be my guest and continue to order from them.
I am with all of you fuck attitude now I'll only use seedsman or herbies I ordered a shipment from them for there birthday promo and one of the seeds that I recieved was a feminized blueberry headband from emerald triangle now I know emerald triangle has had issues with there fem. line I am well aware of this but I have spoke to the breeders themselves and they assure me it's all been worked out and hey they are a great company that stand behind there gear. Now back to attitude so the fem. bbheadband they sent me I was drooling over when I ordered it now I grew the fucking thing out and it was a straight fucking male and that was the only male I had out of a bunch of feminized seeds so not a grower error I doubt breeder error. So point being I contact them and they respond to me that basically they cannot offer a solution and my email will be sent to the breeder blah blah blah my ass oh and get this she says she cannot answer emails that tell her about my male issue because they sell there seeds as souvenir's what a fucking crock of shit they know what they are selling. Plus it's not like it's illegal anymore in the U.S well some places. Needless to say fuck them. I had a issue with seeds I bought from seedsman they were non fem auto flower seeds that were grown for about 50 days and never flowered when they were supposed to finish in 65 days from seed. Now seedsman no questions asked offered me a free feminized pack of beans. Oh and get this they sent me a pack of 5 feminized blueberry autos because the autos that I originally ordered were out of stock and the bb autos sold for more money than I paid for the speedy g's from flash seeds did and also seedsman didnt try to use the excuse oh we cant answer emails that talk about a fucking male that almost destroyed my whole garden because of there "souvenir" piece of shit freebies. So to sum it up fuck attitude there are seedbanks like seedsman that after about 60days still honored there item that they sold me no questions asked!!!

I think that whole souvenir thing is a bunch of bullshit that they hide behind so that they don't have to reimburse.

Think about it. Their entire website is full of pictures of fully mature buds. Are those souvenirs too?

If they are selling seeds, and at the same time showing pictures of the seeds fully grown out, then the implication is there that what they are selling is to be used in such a manner.

They should cut the crap and start taking care of their customers when people have problems with the seeds they sell.

They can set up a branch with a complaint dept. in Amsterdam and have all complaints be sent there and skirt around the issue that way if they have to.

So i'm a dedicated attitude seeds buyer, i have purchased seeds from another seed bank with poor results so when i found attitude i was very pleased, service and selection were GREAT! orders some nirvana Swiss cheese and sensi's big bud,
ordered with international express shipping (as im in Canada) and i got it tracked
so i had to buy a 10$ t shirt, (witch i had no problem with seeing as this place had seemed great and would have no problem paying to promote there company)
got that package in 4 or less business days.




whichhhh brings me to my next order, i had placed about a week and a bit ago, for some nice dj short blueberry auto. placed my order the exact same as last time international shipping and paid for an extra large t and everything,
But when i got my email telling me my order had been dispatched i did not get a tracking number.
i informed Rachel at attitude telling her about my issue, when she replyed she said :
Your order was shipped via regular mail to ensure it reaches you quickly,
please let me know when you receive this.

... kinda a shocker to me so i emailed them asking
why they sent it regular mail when i paid for tracked and how dose
it make sense that regular mail would reach me faster then
international express...
i waited a full business week for it to arrive and it still hadn't
so i emailed her one last time this is what i received back.

i didnt read whole thread, did you get your beans?

the tude has always been decent to me...like the montly freebies. Maybe they had issues with customs sending IE so they send snail mail to avoid (if you got em)
